    Help! Sunburn!
I went out to the beach the other day with some friends. Unfortunately we forgot to reapply the sun cream and when I realised I started getting slightly pink I went to go put some more cream on, but couldn't find our sunscream bottle, so I had to use the life gaurds. I woke up this morning and am a scarlet colour all over, even the backs of my hands! So does any one have an idea of how to go about reducing the pain.
I've heard a warm bath with cocoa butter helps, but I don't have any cocoa butter and my Aloe Vera bottle has only a small amount of its product left! Is there anything else I can use?

This has happened several times to me. I have found the best way to reduce some of the pain is to apply baby oil where ever you are burnt. Don't rub in it all the way just let it soak into your skin. Otherwise Noxema makes this really good sensitve skin cream, just apply and let your skin absorb the moisture!

Sunburn [ 11 Answers ]

Tell me what you think... My boyfriend is out in the sun most of the day, from around 11 until about 4. How long do you think is too long? and how long until he gets skin cancer? I try to tell him everyday that its not good for him but he just won't listen. Any advice?
