    Facial Blush
    Hi,
Can someone aid me to the right direction/remedy to having my facial "blushing" cured.

Its been almost 5 years... and it all started in college my cheeks have been constantly red whether if the weather is cool or hot. I sometimes face the question "Who slapped you?".. from a variety of individuals.. but I end up replying "24-hr Blush" I want this blushing to be cured.. I've told my doctor about it but I end up with a pile of ointments which are irrelevant to the health problem... most of the ointments/lotions/creams prescribed are aimed at acne.. which I don't have...

Has anyone experienced/conducted this health problem?

    Hi,

My guess is that you are probably fair skined. I am too. I have what is called Rosecea. Chances are you may have this condition too. It is quite common. Many things can cause rosecea to flare up (spicey food, cold weather, message, wine etc.) There is really no cure that I know of, but there are some treatments to prevent it from getting worse. Metrogel is probably the most common treatment and sometimes cortisone cream. The metrogel is an acne treatment gel!! Rosecea is actually know as acne rosecea. There are web sites with a lot of information. Ask your doctor if this is the condition you are suffering from. Hope this helps.

Have you changed anything in your diet that might be causing your skin to flare up? Maybe a change in your diet could help to heal the skin from the inside. Try adding more fresh fruits and vegetables along with drinking more water, cut out any processed/packaged foods, trans fats and see if your notice an improvement in your skin.

Facial hair [ 3 Answers ]

I'm 22 years old and I've started to notice a few dark hairs on my chin and upper lip. I started plucking them as I found them, but now there seems to be more. I'm afraid that if I keep plucking them or if I was them, then more will grow and before I know it there will be more than I can handle....
