    Should I keep playing Basketball?
I've been playing basketball since 5th grade and I really loved sport. Since then however, I've moved to about 3 different schools (still playing each time) but none of them ever had any good coaches so I never felt like I made any progress. Last year I moved to my current school and found a really good coach with which I've made a lot of progress, I'm very confident that I could make the varsity team if I tried. But I don't know if I still like the sport, it's just not as fun anymore, plus I don't really like the other people that will make the team, not that there's anything wrong with them, it's just that they're not the kind of people I hang out with or particularly appreciate... Also: I'll be applying for college in a few month and basketball is the only sport I focused on so if I quit I won't have any athletics to put on my resume... I'm looking into big/competitive colleges because I've been getting good grades in difficult classes and I have other extracurriculars but this year and this sport are my last chance at a varsity team. Should I quit?

If you quit now, you will always be a quitter when the going gets tough. But if you have lost the love of the game, then don't depend on it on your resume, and just stop playing, but you can't always pick your teammates, or coach.
