    How do I get quick enough to play on the next level?
    I am 6'6'' and I plan on trying out for a college. I feel that I have the skills and talent to play at that level. I just think that my first step and my quickness needs improvement? Any tips?

    Build up those leg muscles and that endurance. Practice, practice, practice!
