    struggle:

The general rule is that any debt accrued within the past 90 days cannot be relieved via bankruptcy. It may be different under recent changes in the bankruptcy law, but I do not think so.

However, before you resort to bankruptcy, have you tried credit counselling? Go to this site (www.nfcc.org) and make an appointment to see a counselor. They may be able to help you with a solution short of bankruptcy, which, bottom line, should be a choice of last resort.

    Hope this helps!
