What's the difference between the account summary and received statement from AMEX?
My account summary does not match what is being reported on my amex statement. Minimum amount due on account statement is significantly different to my summary of account on internet banking. Mobile banking matches up to internet summary. I'm so confused by each that I will contact amex but due to holidays not answering. Just need a heads up when I contact customer service at to what is correct.

Could it be the amount you spent since the last statement closing balance? I recently had a similar experience with AMEX and their wording when I was checking my balances. It turned out to be my current and pending charges.

The summary on my Gold card, shows the unpaid balance from the previous statement and recent activity. I've never had a situation where the online information didn't match up.
