    Wage garnishment in fl from credit card debt older than 7 years
    Is it legal for an employer to garnish my wages for a credit card debt that's over 7 years old

    If the employer got served with an Order of Garnishment, yes, it's perfectly legal. When was the Judgment obtained against you (and there has to be a Judgment before the Order is issued). The creditor in most cases can collect for 10 years.
