Uk citizen with Australian credit card debt
Hi, my boyfriend has just returned to the uk after spending 1 year in Australia on a working visa. He has a credit cars debt of 13k and is now being chased by credit corp to pay immediately. What are the consequences if he does not pay? Can they track him down to our house through his passport as he had to give a copy of his passport to open the account. Can legal action be enforced from Australia to the uk?
