Federal Taxes vs Student loan vs Child support
I am between a rock and a hard place. I'm on a meager pension and I owe Federal taxes, Federal student loans, and child support. What is the priority toward garnishment? If child support is garnished from my pension(not SS) could the loan and overdue tax bill override that garnishment someday? I can't pay all three. I'd like to think the child support would supercede the other two. What's the order?
