I was working for this company like 3 months ago and they supposedly went bankrupt, they fired and rehired me saying that the company was being handled by new owners so I stayed and believed them, I never met the new owners , we were still depositing money to the old account and the old owner was still envolved with "the new company" , after thinking about this for a while I decided to quit. Now here's the messed up part, he owes me like 2 g's from when I was working for him and owes me like $900 from the new company, I know he never declared bankruptcy and he was just lying to our faces the whole time. What should I do? me and a couple of other ex employees that also quit are planing on taking him to court..

Take him to small claims court for the wages owed to you.
