    Responsible for Adult Child Debt
Can some one tell me by Law can I be held accountable for copay debt incurred by my child who happen to be 20 years old at time incurred. They have made no attempts to collect from him but continually call me and have the debt set up in my name.
Am I legally responsible for his debt?
