Received default judgment even after answering complaint on time.
I have also filied several replies to motions filed by the debt collector including their motion to strike my answer to the complaint, There has been, to my knowledge, any decision by the court on that motion yet a default judgment has been order.
Is this enough to get judgment vacated? Along with the fact no loss or injury has been shown by original creditor. |

I have been suid by Chase Bank for a loan I can't pay, I can't pay it and may need to file bankruptcy, If I don't answer it will be a default judment , I have to answer today, if I answer will it drag it out longer, I prefer to drag it out
