    Received default judgment even after answering complaint on time.
    I have also filied several replies to motions filed by the debt collector including their motion to strike my answer to the complaint, There has been, to my knowledge, any decision by the court on that motion yet a default judgment has been order.
    Is this enough to get judgment vacated? Along with the fact no loss or injury has been shown by original creditor.
