Do you have a Court-ordered Judgment?

The Court judgement ordered her to pay for this vehicle. The bank is pursuing me for payment. What do I need to do in order for her to pay this or can I pursue her for it by way of lien.

I need more info - there is a judgment against her only but the bank is looking to you for payment? Or there is a judgment against both of you, jointly, and you are easier to find and collect from?

The vehicle was bought when we were married jointly. She agreed to pay for the vehicle when we settled our properties. She never took the vehicle out of my name and about a year later just quit making payments on it and bought her a new vechicle. It was repoed and sold unknown to me. Then the bank starts calling me because she won't answer the phone and quit her job as soon as they discovered where she worked. So I took her to Court and a Judge ordered her responsible for the loan amount on the vehicle. She said when we left court that she would never pay a penny of the money on the loan. The bank is still hounding me for the money and threatened me with garnishment of wages. She's sitting pretty remarried not working, living life like it never existed before now. The Court said she's responsible for this money. If they start garnishing my wages can I put a lien against anything she has taxes, personal property, home etc.

Your option if she was ordered in court ( divorce) to pay, you can take her back to divorce court to try and find her in contempt.
You can not put a lien on this without gong to court, and since there is already a lien on it, I doubt you can.
