    How do I respond to a citation without an attorney to avoid a default judgement.
    I owe money to a credit union an failed to pay,now I'm being sued,if I don't respond to citation they will file a default judgment.I don't know how to respond to a citation.

    Do you plan to go to the court hearing and show you have paid the debt?

    What defense do you have to not owing the debt
