How do creditors find my assets?
How do creditors find my assets? How can they find my bank accounts? If I transfer my cars to my children can they go back and make a claim on these? The cars are not worth very much, over 10 years old.

I can't afford an attorney and do not know where to turn for help.

If you ever paid them, with a check or debit card, then they already have your banking information.
