    Garnished Bank Account
Ok so if you get your bank account garnished and pay the company the next day. Is there a limit to how long they have to put everything back in your account and unfreeze it?

Chances are, the money is still in your account; call the bank and ask. You can access your account once the bank is satisfied it is no longer involved in the litigation.
