    Creditors closing good accounts?
    Can a creditor close a zero balance, paid as agreed status acct if it was not included in a Chapter 7?. My employer ( whom I hold a retail credit card) has automatically closed my account on me? Is this not fraud to report this reporting, when it was never included?

    I'm sorry to say that this is not uncommon. In the small print of their agreement they usually say something like "cardholder agrees that card issuer can periodically check credit status and close account if deemed unsatisfactory"

    That the issuer, though, is your employer, you might be able to get some help from personnel. Can't hurt to try.
