    Credit card judgement
I have 2 credit card judgements against me and have recently filed for bankruptcy-do I need to file a motion to vacate these judgements or is it automatic with the discharge?

If you are not using an attorney, I would file the motion just to be sure it happens. my opinion anyway, it has been several years since I dealt with bankrutpcy court

I am not up on the new changes of the last couple of years on so many of the rules and law ( esp dealing with credit cards)
