    After a judgement what is the average time until they can obtain access to my bank
    If a judgement is made against me and I do not have all the money to pay how long until they are able to go after my bank account?

    They could have the paper work asking for garnishment prepared day of court, get it signed and have bank served as soon as they leave the court if they wanted to. So hours ? Normal process would be a week or so
