Withdrawing money from a deceased's bank account
My mother recently passed away she has money left in her checking account and I'm not sure what to do about it. She didn't have a will and we really have no family so there is nobody else to make claims to the money. Unless someone she owes debt to would be able to take money from her account. I just need to know if I can withdraw the money from her account or if I need to leave it in there. Thank you to anyone who can help
