    What is the procedure if someone not get his transaction from the atm
    Hi myself nitin kadian,
    I have not get my transaction from the atm. My account is in idbi banbk and I had used punjab national bank to use atm but can not get the amount. But that amount was shown to be withdrawn .what to do?

    Call your bank or go online and look at your account.

    Go to you bank and lodge a complaint

    You should the next day or same, report this to the bank who owns the ATM, their records will show a issue with balance.

    Report it to your bank as soon as possible
