    Stolen cash from ATM
I am in Nigeria, but money was stolen from my VISA credit card which has chip and PIN, it can also be swiped. The card was with me. The debits came from an ATM in Florida, how possible can this crime happen given that I did not tell anyone my PIN. The only compromise that card would have had is that a colleague mistakenly took my suit home, the card was in d suit and he returned it after 3days. The debits came in 1hr after returned it, but he does not know my PIN.

You report it to your bank immediately. They will investigate and restore your funds if they find the withdrawal illegal.

Imagine a Nigerian being the victim of a scam. ;)

You report it to the card company at once. You report it also in writing. Any time you use the card on the internet, if you have some virus it can show another perosn all your info.
