    Shody banking practices
    Well on 5/14 my account went negative because of a fraudulent charge which was later found in my favor and this charge took all my money in holding for unprocess charges which made my account go more negative I knew a bank rep so I asked the to call my bank and talk to them well they had somebody else to call and they did wall the tabitha the teller at my bank lied to them and said that they were'nt going to do anything for me because I was in there twice a week ask for refund which was a lie and she did'nt know the they tell me, so I called very upset and wanting to know why this employee lied about me and they were surprised that I knew what was said, at this time they we did not know that it was found in my favor so I was trying to ask for help till this was figured out , anyway the fraud dept refunded all the OD'S my home bank reversed that and close my account because I was rude and said that they sent me a bill!!

    They can't do something 'because you are rude'
    Write EVERYTHING down as it happened,
    Where their fees were wrong,
    Have proof that it was ruled in your favor
    And don't let it go.
