    I got a writ for execution on my bank account
    I got a writ for execution on my bank account that has the amount due, but they are holding twice the amount. When will the hold be lifted it the debt is satisfied and why is my account be held for more than the original amount

    You have to understand there are fees, late charges,etc and interest on that judgement that will make the orginial amount that was levied more
    And it is possible that the bank may have charged you some fee also.
