    I need copy of checks written from my old account,someone was taking money out my acc
    I was lockup .Had money in my account,when I came home I owed the bank.Someone was writing my checks out and the bank was cashing them.I filed a fraud report already.They telling me that I need copy of the checks.The account is old.

    Who is the "they" that are telling you that you need copies of the checks? Who did you file a fraud report with? The bank claims they don't have scanned copies of the checks? How old is this?
