    Can I sue my bank, my branch manager lied about legal documents to and another bank
    My branch manager lied to me and another bank about documentation ab out a loan a was getting from that other bank. Held the loan process,held up some closings on properties that a was purchasing.

    Tony, as soon as you are willing to divulge more information about this 'transaction' between two banks, then we can't give you a considered opinion. But truth be told, you would have to have a really good lawyer in order to sue a bank, or banks over something like this. Please explain in more detail what you want to know.

    You can sue anybody about anything... Without knowing MORE about the transaction, I couldn't tell you if you'll win... But, even if you told me EVERYTHING about the deal, even then I couldn't tell you if you'd win...

    If you're going to sue a bank, you're going to need a lawyer anyway.. Why don't you interview a few, and I'll bet your question will be answered.

    The bank's lawyers would ensure this stays tied up in legal wrangling longer than you're willing to pay to fight about it...
