    Bank garnishment
    Judgement was awarded against me for attorney fees for opposing side (I am in arizona) can they garnish my husband's bank account since I am not a signer on that account?

    If you name is not on the account what so ever, And "IF" you are not putting any of your money into that account.

    If you receive a pay check or other money in your name and you are putting that money into his account to try and hide it, they can go to court and show you are doing this and get a garnishment
