If i understood, $v = c$ , that is 300000000m/s? Ok, then $f=\frac{300000000}{1150\times{10}^{-9}} = 2.61\times{10^{14}}$ ? Nano is 10^-9?

Hmm, sorry, Programmer, the speed of light is about 300000000 m/s or 300000km/s.
