Please help me with identifying Artist signature on Lithograph Print
Hello. I have this original lithograph print numbered and signed by the artist, but I cannot figure out who the artist is. The signature appears to be Torres, but I am not sure. I've been searching for months online by name and image description, but have had no luck.

I am hoping someone knows of this artist and can provide me with the full name of the artist, and can share any information about the artist or as to where I can learn more about the artist myself.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

    Sincerely,

    Steve
