    How much is it worth
    I have a oil painting signed by Petter of a vase of flowers, it is textured and I was told to get this affect a palet knife was used. Any ideas of its value. I have had the painting about 20 years.

    Any help in with the value would be appreciated

    Would it be possible for you to post an image of it here? Also, do you know if it was Anton Petter who painted it?

    If it was Anton Petter, then that painting is quite old. Also, Anton Petter was a very well-known and gifted artist. His works can be worth into the thousands of dollars.

    If you're looking for an official monetary valuation, then it would be best to take the work to an art appraiser, an auction service that has a specialty in art, or an art gallery.
