Help required to identify an unknown artist from signature?
I have been unsuccessfully investigating the artist from two pencil signed prints that we have from an unknown artist. The prints are both from a limited release of 350. I have attached a photo of the signature and one print. I would appreciate any help that you can provide. Thank you.

I received this Large oil painting from my parents estate. I believe they acquired it in the 50's or 60's (not sure) I've tried searching the artists name, but not sure if I am reading it correctly. R.B.Rchards. I would like more information on the artist and subject. No manifest at all.
