    Art verification
    I purchased a piece of art that has the Collectors Guild authentication certificate on the back stating the piece of art is an authentic original lithograph. We can't figure out the artist signature that looks like Owen, or Pwen, looks like it is 69/375. It's either pastels or water color. A scene with a house and beautiful trees. The piece measures 17 x 19 1/2 inside of the frame. I could send a picture if I knew where to send it. Thank you Linda
