    Whirlpool washer issue
My two year old Whirlpool washer will fill, partially empty and not spin at all.
Clothes are always sudsy also. Husband has changed hoses, checked for clogs,
Rerouted pipe to no avail. Someone mentioned it might be the timer or the lid
Switch assembly, all of which the cost of parts and repair is greater than what I
Paid for the washer 2 years ago. Does this sound like a timer issue-is it worth
    Saving?

I would check the lid switch first. Easy fix and not expensive if that's the problem. A simple check would be to bypass switch if you do not have or know how to use ohm meter
