    Whirlpool washer
I have a whirlpool washer, WLSE315QQA0WW, it fills just fine. After filling, it does not agitate. It appearsthe water will drain after a period because when I lift the lid I see no water. However, if I shake the tub, it seems like some water under the tub. It will not spin at all. At the beginning of the wash cycle, if I close the lid after the water has finished running in the tub, I do hear a clicking sound. The washer is only about 6 or 7 years old. What do you think may be my problem? Thanks in advance.

That is a GE model number, not Whirlpool. How long is "a period of time"? Is the tub still empty when it should be full of water, or are you checking after the washer drain pump removes the water? Need a little clarification before I can understand exactly what's happening.
