    Water Heater and the water
So I have a new water heather that is about 8 months old. And once or twice a week when we try to use the water it is luke warm but then in about 20 minutes when it refills and gets reheated again it is at the temp it is suppose to be. I know that the water in a water heather is periodically reheated. Is the temperature it drops down to before it gets reheated variable and that could cause my scenerio? THanks for any adivce and help.
