Washer won't progress to another cycle
I was washing a quit and my washing machine started the oh no dance (too big). Before it was a device under the top rim above the bowl and popped off. I was able to put it back together but now my washing machine won't spin or rinse. It will wash the clothes but stops at the next cycle. I can hear the machine wanting to switch to the next step but it doesn't. Help?
