    Is there reset instructions for Whirlpool Estate Washer TAWS700RQ2.
    My husband opened the lid mid cycle and the machine will not restart upon closing the lid

    Probably the lid switch. Part number is 8318084. Runs under $20.00 at Sears. You'll need to open the control panel to access it. Use a putty knife and insert it under the front sides of the control panel and you will feel a spring clip which needs to be pushed while smacking the same side of the panel at the top with your hand. Do one side and then the other. The switch will be on the top of the dryer on the left rear.
