    This happened to me too, it is very difficult to remove because it is baked on there now. I tried goof off and some other products like that, it was very time consuming with not much of it coming off. Mine is still blue but it doesn't come off on clothes.

    Make sure you have good ventilation and all pilot lights are out. Use lacquer thinner on a terry cloth rag. Use just an ounce and keep your head out of the tub as much as possible.
