Are the coils frozen up and won't defrost properly? Then you have a problem with the defrost timer switch being faulty. Can you hear and feel the freezer fan operate also? If the fan does not come on then the fan motor needs changed out as it's blown.

How long has this been going on? What kind is it - side by side or top and bottom model?

I also am having the same problem with my MagTag Plus. I have replaced the defrosting element , the door seals and ice maker. The fan runs all the time and I have to manually defrost it be hand with a box fan. I also notice that the freezer has ice form on the top of the inside in front of the ice maker and on the door, kind of like stalagtites, after a week or so. I hope that you can help.
