    They all make some sort of noise. I've never heard a dead silent washer or dryer yet. You have to take some time to be a LOT more specific if you want an answer. None of us are mind readers.

    Don't talk to people who need help like they're idiots. If you had a clue, you would know what this person is trying to describe based on your (apparently lacking) professional experience. It's a well known problem.
