    Maytag dryer atlandtis.timer will not advance. Heat works.replaced timer still will
    I have a maytag atlantis. The timer will not advance. The heat works.I replaced the timer still will not move.

    Hi gmll1, make sure the vent is not blocked, if the dryer doen't get hot enough the timer won't advance. Is it taking longer than normal to dry a load? Clear vent all the way to the outside and see how that works. Good luck
