    Kitchen Stove
    On a electric stove they have low to hight with numbers 1 through 9
    I wonder what the numbers represent in actual temperatures numbers?

    They dont actually mean anything other then high to low. The reason is that electric burners vary so much it is not precise. If you need precision cooking then it requires a different product.
