I got a kenmore ultra wash quiet guard deluxe dishwasher for Christmas. My husband installed it and it seems like it is stuck in the wash cycle. It ran for an hour and a half and it never drained, so we finally shut it off. Any suggestions?

When I try to wash, no water. All the lights come on ,I hear is a click but it won't start washing. The drum spin freely in both directions by hand. What could it be??

Talk about planned obsolesence! My GE dryer that I bought in late in 01' fried the rear drum bearing and now it's partner, the front loader washing machine is starting to get loud while in spin cycle. Both units are about 6 months out of warranty. Coincidence?? I think not. Anyway, Applguy...
