Just changed front door locking mechanism and still giving me fdl code error

Check to make sure all connections to the main control and the door lock switch are tight and properly made.

Without more information, I can't tell which type of main control you have on your machine. If it has a main control on the back of the machine, check the black connector with 4 pink wires going in to make sure it is tight. Also try wiggling the connector while trying to start the machine. If it starts, then you need a control.

If you have a machine with a control on the right side of the unit (with the top off) check all the connectors that have big pink wires going to them as well as the connectors with black wires. Try wiggling the connections while starting to see if you have a bad control.
