Kenmore Elite Calypso (Model #22062102) Error Code LS
A friend gave me a Kenmore Elite Calypso (Model #22062102) washing machine. However it flashes LS (or L5) when I try to start machine and will not let me start any type of cycle. There is no visible Lid Switch, but I can hear a very slight clicking sound near the right back side when raising and lowering the lid. I have unplugged the machine for 30 minutes, and even tried putting pressure on different areas of the lid. Any suggestions on how to fix this, or do I need to call Sears?

I had error message CE today then later the LD... I found it meant it long drain. I unpluged the washer before understanding the message so now it won't drain. How do I reset the brain so that it can drain and work. Every time I go to do any wash cycle it starts and instantly shuts off the water...
