    Kenmore Dryer keeps shutting off
I have a Kenmore model 110-62852100 that keeps shutting off. Sometimes it runs through the entire cycle, but usually it stops and I have to restart every 5-10 minutes.

That sure sounds like an overheating problem. I would pull the dryer out and thoroughly inspect the vent pipe for lint buildup. Also, look inside the vent system of the dryer itself.

I would take this situation seriously, as you could have a safety issue.

My husband check on the vent pipe and they are clean. Sometimes when it runs, it does not heat, but just runs. I ran it this morning and it went through the entire 50 minutes without stopping.

It's not just the pipe that needs to be clean. I'd take the pipe off and look everywhere nearby. In my dryer, the lint usually hangs out about 4" toward the middle of the dryer. That's where the sensor is. Find the model # and diagram at Parts & Accessories | Shop & Find Lawn & Garden, Appliance Parts at Sears Parts Direct | SearsPartsDirect.com from Sears and see if you can find where he sensor hangs out. Try to clean this area.

Check or have some one check the receptacle or breaker switch.
I just had a washer that worked like that and it was a bad receptacle.
