I have a kemore elite dryer and the check filter light and cl is flashing for control lock I have cleaned the filter how can I clear the lights? Model number 79682199900

I want to remove the top access panel from the dryer to see the control panel. It looks like it should just unlatch and flip up, but it's secure and I don't want to break it.
