    Sorry, but what you posted isn't a Kenmore model number. I would need the model number (its all numbers, no letters) off the data tag, usually directly under the lid when you open it. It depends on who built it as to how the production date was "hidden". The model number will give me this information.

    Location of model & serial # tag for SM 9711033A.

    It took me ages to find this - I looked in all the "usual" places. The tag is actually located at the back edge of the rim and you can only see it if you open the top and crouch down so your eyes are level with (well, just above) the rim. To reiterate, it's basically just behind the "hinge" axis of the door.
