Internet browser not opening in full screen

Certain web sites, when I open them, open a screen that is less than 1/2 size. They open at about 6 inches wide with full height. I can open them to full size but I would like to know how to make them open at full size. Other web sites automatically open at full size. Is there a fix for this?:)

I was trying to register on a forum where you type in a code you see in a box and the site just wouldn´t accept the code I typed in (Some of those codes are hard to read but this was easy.)
