GE top load waher with water under the tub
I did a load of wash and after the cycle had completed I noticed water on the floor. I removed all of the clothes and moved the tub back and forth and could hear water swishing. How do I get the water out? How do you remove the front panel? It is a GE top loading sensor washer model Nuber WPSR4130WOWN

First have a look at the waterfilter : most probably it is blocked. Expect a lot of water to come out, so have some bucket and other plastic boxes available to collect the water.

If that fails and as you failed to provide any type number, please read the service manual instructions, available from Sears.
